My Story

Like many therapists, I came to this profession through my own healing journey. I had such a transformative experience with my therapist as a young adult that I knew that I wanted to give back and reach others in the same way.

In 2010, I embarked on a transformative journey by enrolling in graduate school for mental health counseling. The experience was enriching both professionally and personally. I discovered my passion for helping others navigate their emotional challenges, leading me to where I am today.

After leaving graduate school and spending a few years working in community mental health, I made the decision to venture into private practice, where I dove into more intensive couples therapy training. I have discovered a deep sense of fulfillment in my career and I love to help others find the same.
